How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
National shipping timeframes usually takes 3-5 days.
International shipping timeframes can be harder to estimate accurately (compared to National shipping), because of the many factors involved.
Do You Ship Internationally?
We ship internationally via MBE (Mail Boxes Excetera). Just enter your shipping address in the shipping information section of the order process, and use the Country dropdown to select your country from the list that appears.

How do I place an Order?
Start browsing all of our awesome products here: Shop. Once you choose your category, browse through the catalog of products until you find something you like.
Adding to Cart
From the product page click “Add to Cart”. A drop-down will appear confirming the item in your cart.
Viewing or Changing your Cart
Once you’ve added all the items to your cart, begin the checkout process. Click the cart icon in the top right corner to review your shopping cart. You can change or update any items in your cart. To take something out, click ‘X’ next to the product image. To change the quantity, update the number in the quantity filed and click ‘Update’. Once your cart is all set, click ‘Check out’ to proceed to checkout.
This process involves 3 steps: Shipping Info, Shipping Method, and Payment Info. Fill in the appropriate information on each step and click ‘Continue’. If there are any issues with information entered, an error will pop up with information on what to do in order to proceed. If you’d like to change anything during the checkout process, go to the appropriate section and click ‘Edit” to make changes. Once you’ve filled out the Shipping Info, selected the Shipping Methods for each shipment of your order, and entered your Payment info, click “Place your order!” on the final step to submit your order.
You’re all set! We’ll send over an email with your order information to confirm and another email when your order is shipped out. All you need to do is sit back, relax, and wait for your awesome products to arrive.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
Log in to your A-Toys account.
- Go to your order history and select the ‘Cancel Order’ button at right side of your order.
- You will then be asked to confirm your cancellation request.
- To continue cancelling your order select ‘CANCEL ORDER’ again. If you do not wish to cancel your order, select ‘No, return to order’.
- Once an order is cancelled, we cannot undo this. You will need to replace the order yourself.
- Please remember, this self-cancellation is only available for the first hour of your order being created, after this 1-hour window, we cannot cancel orders.
- If the ‘CANCEL ORDER’ button is not showing at the bottom of the order summary, the order is locked for processing and can no longer be cancelled.
How Can I Return a Product?
Acceptance of returns is subject to the following conditions:
- Invoice showing the number of reference A-Toys , customer number and a clearly motivation
- Products are not damaged
- Packaging and labels intact, or under the same conditions of supply
- Products not purchased under a promotion
- Products within one month from the date of receipt.
